One can see it as a purge, I would say probably as important as laughter but no need to cry 15 minutes a day, that would be overdoing it

Hello Irene,

This problem can sometimes be caused by uninstalling software (unsinstallers deleting files).

What you need to do is replace that file. You will find the download and detailed instructions here:
